It was a busy summer and there seems no likelihood of a slowdown anytime soon. We had a tremendous turnout to our booth at the BIS Update conference here in Washington, meeting with many clients and collaborators and seeing many of our former colleagues at BIS.
As part of our international outreach activities on behalf of the Department of State, CTP has been operating the West Africa Regional Training Center (RTC) in Accra, Ghana. With the guidance of the Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL), the RTC is now offering “Employing Special Techniques in Transnational Organized Crime Investigations.”
